A dossier of registration of copyright, including:

I. If the subject is registered as the owner and author/co-authors

1. Three template files to registered works have been published or not; time of publication;

2. Written authorization of the author/co-author (with signatures of the residence or government agency personnel management - a copy;

3. Copy of identity card of the author/authors (together with the identity card for comparison if the copies are not notarized - 1 copy;

4. The full name, pen name (if any), address, telephone number, fax of the author/co-authors.

II. If the register is the owner but not the author (organization, company)

1. Written authorization of the organization or individual (a copy - in the form of Intercode;

2. Transfer work paper from the author/co-authors for the organization or company (with signatures) or a certificate for registration work is done by work tasks (a copy);

3. Three template files to registered works have been published or not; time of publication;

4. A notarized copy of Certificate of business registration (a copy;

5. The full name, pen name (if any) of the author/authors; address, telephone number, fax of the author/authors, the company;

6. Copy of identity card of the author/authors (together with the identity card for comparison if the copies are not notarized - 1 copy;

7. Written undertakings of the author (1 copy).

III. The procedures implemented by Intercode

- Representatives in the Copyright Office to apply for copyright registration;

- Representatives of track record and answer the Copyright Office;

- Get a result as the certificate of copyrights  registration;

- Complaint decision to deny certification (if any);

- Perform other related works as authorized.
