Administrative procedures for environmental protection projects

 I. A dossier of application for a certificate consists of:

• 01 document requests for certification of environmental protection projects;

• 03 environmental protection written projects are bound with cover and side cover following the form; have a signature together with the names and titles of organizations and individuals, and stamp on its side cover. If facilities and productive, business and service areas are located in more than 02 (two) districts, towns and provincial cities (hereinafter referred to as district), have to add the number of environmental protection projects following the number of districts which are directly affected by the waste to get comments in accordance with legal requirements;

• 01 copy of one of the following documents: business registration certificates, investment licenses, investment certificates, mining licenses or other licenses issued by the competent state agencies;

• 01 copy of technical economic report or feasibility study report, or investment project has been approved by the competent agencies(if any).

• In case of sampling to verify, the execution time is 20 working days.

• In case of having to get the opinions of districts affected, the execution time plus add 05 working days.
