Australia Visa

Tourist visa does not have guaranteed by family:

• Visa may be granted up to 3, 6 or 12 months, once or several times in Australia;

• You can come alone or take relatives;

• Need to prove physically and financially for the trip;

• The physical examination is required depending on the circumstances;

• Commitment return to Vietnam when the visa expires;

• Visa is not allowed to work but are allowed to go short term not exceeding three months;

• Fees for Visa:  submitted visa fee to the government under the current regulations;

• Processing time: 2 weeks.
  

 Tourist visa guaranteed by family:

• Conditions similar to a tourist visa;

• Need further proof of family relationships in Australia;

• May be required to pay security bond from 5,000 AUD 15,000 AUD / person and maybe more depending on each case;

• Fees for Visa:  submitted visa fee to the government under the current regulations;

• Processing time: two weeks.
  

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS: Under the Migration Act 1958, the applicant profile can be determined based on the information submitted. Therefore, it is important that the application for a visa must be as complete as possible and submit all supporting documents must be filed at filing. These records are incomplete or poor-quality papers may be delayed or denied.

FRAUD OR MISREPRESENTATION: Any form of fraud or misrepresentation which may involve can lead to your visa application is denied. Applicants must answer fully and truthfully and disclose any other information relevant to the question. All signatures on the visa application and the applicant's passport must be signed by them.

NOTARIZATION OF DOCUMENTS: All the personal documents such as birth certificates, household registration book, curriculum vitae (no more than 6 months)… must be notarized by the local government. A copy of the notarized " are copies that officers or agencies authorized by state certified or stamped copy of the original.

Please note. A copy of the notarized copies is not acceptable.

TRANSLATION OF DOCUMENTATION: Documents not in English should have English translations attached. In Vietnam, the translation must be performed by licensed agencies.
