Patent registration

Patent is a technical solution, in form of a product or a process, to resolve a specific problem by utilizing laws of nature. Intercode will authorize representatives to help customers make the registration and application for the grant of a patent protection certificate.

1. Information should provide:

• Full name, address and nationality of the applicant;

• Full name, address and nationality of the inventor/author of utility solution;
  

• Title of the invention/utility solution;

• Number of priority, the priority date and country of priority application (for applications claiming priority).

2. The material should provide:

• The description of the patent/utility solution;

• Power of Attorney;

• Copies of documents for claiming priority, certified by the agency where the priority application was filed (for applications claiming priority under the Paris Convention).

3. General information:

• The time from file application until allocation the exclusive Certification of patent/utility solution is about 21 months;

• The effective duration of the exclusive patent certification is 20 years, and the utility solution is 10 years from the date of filing application.
